Wanton pastry is basically wanton noodle pastry with added eggs, marking the skin smooth and tasty. This is popularly used with Guangzhou-style dim sum. Simply add different fillings, and different cooking methods, such as boiling, steaming or frying and voila! You’ll have a range of dim sun dishes.

Remove Pastry from freezer. After defrost, wrap with meat or vegetables. Bring sufficient water to the boil; cook them in boiling water till they float to the top and drain water. Serving in hot boiling soup or add dumplings to pre-heated oiled skillet & pan-fry till golden brown. Serve with vinegar or soybean sauce.
