Make way for these humble, though arguably most popular Chinese noodles in the world. As chewy as they’re slippery, the egg noodles make their rounds from Asia to the rest of the world and back. Put them in soups and stir-fry; have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They tastefully play out the flours of stocks and sauces with every mouthful.
